External labs are utilized for all microbiological and other analytical testing purposes.

It also highlights just a small portion of our overall warehouse capacity, which is capable of handling upwards of 16,000 tons of finished goods—demonstrating the scale and readiness of our facility to support high-volume distribution.

From the distribution system, product will go to a scale system on the corresponding pack line where the system weighs out the proper amount when filling each pouch. Once the treats are sealed in a pouch, the pouch crosses a weigh system to ensure proper fill before being packaged into the finished good case.
